Mike Davis, owner of Davis Landscape & Construction, grew up in Franklin and now resides in Franksville, Wisconsin. A business graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Mike founded the company in 2015 after turning a small lawn-mowing side job into a lifelong passion.
Guided by integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence, he takes pride in delivering results that reflect each client’s vision while exceeding expectations. Outside of work, Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his loyal dog, Winnie.

Project Manager
Joshua Kurpiel is a Project Manager at Davis Landscape & Construction and has been part of the team since 2023. A University of Wisconsin–Whitewater Marketing graduate, Josh brings strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to every project.
Based in Milwaukee, he enjoys golf, fitness, running, and time with friends and family. Known for his attention to detail, Josh believes an organized space leads to a focused mind.

Administrative Integrator
Cassie Quist is the Administrative Integrator at Davis Landscape & Construction, bringing
organization, attention to detail, and strong communication to daily operations. She joined the team in 2025 after a 13-year career in education.
She holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and Concordia University–Wisconsin. She lives in Burlington with her husband and three children, and in her free time enjoys traveling, running, baking, and spending time with family.

Jake Semrow is a Foreman at Davis Landscape & Construction and has been part of the team
since 2020. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in Supply Chain and
Operations Management, Jake brings precision, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every project.
Specializing in grading and retaining walls, he takes pride in delivering quality results that
exceed client expectations. Originally from Coloma, Wisconsin, Jake now lives in Wind Lake with his wife. Outside of work, he enjoys bow hunting, home projects, and cheering on
Wisconsin sports.

Brett Waldron is a Foreman at Davis Landscape & Construction and has been part of the team
since 2022. A graduate of Southwest Technical College with a degree in Agricultural Business
Management, Brett brings strong leadership, efficiency, and problem-solving skills to every
project. He takes pride in guiding crews and ensuring each job runs smoothly from start to finish.
Originally from Raymond, Wisconsin, where he still resides with his wife, Brett also helps
manage his family’s dairy farm. Known as a true jack of all trades, he’s always ready to tackle any challenge that comes his way.
