Founder / President

I’m a Wisconsin native and business school graduate. I fell in love with business at a young age, realizing that working with people was my true passion. With a foundation built on hard work and God as my Co-pilot, I know I will always serve my clients and employees as best as I am able. I have a strong passion for the outdoors which naturally lead me to a career in this industry. Operating DLC since 2015 has been a blessing, and I’m fortunate to have an incredible team and outstanding clients. I love making clients outdoor living dreams reality. As a perfectionist, I strive for exceeding my customers’ expectations and delivering premium quality work. When I’m not on a job site or working together with my clients, I escape back to the outdoors to hunt or fish. I look forward to meeting you and helping to accomplish your goals! 

Foreman

Mathias brings extensive experience in highway landscaping and restoration to his role at Davis Landscape & Construciton. Over the years, he has worked as a road builder, handling everything from stripping ground to dirt, sod, seed, straw, concrete work, fine grading, and retaining walls. With hands-on expertise in many aspects of the trade, Mathias understands the importance of honesty, hard work, and dependability. He’s found a home at Davis Landscape & Construction because the company embodies the values he holds dear: integrity, dedication, and a family-centered approach. For Mathias, the difference with Davis Landscape & Construction is that the team takes exceptional pride in treating each project as if it were on their own property.

Project Manager

Jake is an Operations Manager at Davis Landscape & Construciton, specializing in the seamless flow of job site operations to ensure each project meets high standards and is completed efficiently. Growing up on a lake in Coloma, WI, he spent his early years helping with fall cleanups for friends and family while also working at a large produce farm. After recently graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Jake chose this role for the hands-on and rewarding nature of landscaping. He loves seeing the transformation of a property, turning clients' visions into reality. For Jake, Davis Landscape & Construciton is not only about creating beautiful landscapes but also about building strong relationships with clients. He’s excited about the company’s growth, opportunities, and the future ahead.

Foreman

Brett joined Davis Landscape & Construction in 2023 and brings a passion for both landscaping and agriculture, working as a farmer when he's not managing projects here. He is a leader that is respected by everyone within the company. He always puts others first and has taught many of our interns and other employees skills that they will have for the rest of their lives. His attention to detail and creative thinking really show on every project. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with family and friends and loves getting outdoors.

Operations Manager

After earning his marketing degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Josh returned home to start his landscaping career, joining a company where the values and close-knit team felt like a perfect fit. Beginning in the field, he quickly moved into a leadership role and now oversees all client accounts and internal operations, from payroll to estimates and invoicing. Josh’s goal is to create quality landscapes that bring joy to every client, whether it’s a new backyard or a beautiful patio. Outside of work, he enjoys running, learning, and spending time with friends, finding fulfillment in every step of the landscaping process.

Crew Lead

Mikey began his journey with Davis Landscape & Construction in 2022 as an apprentice during his senior year of high school and accepted a full-time position after graduating. Passionate about learning, Mike has stepped up to become one of our leaders in hardscaping. He finds passion in creating things and excels at learning new techniques. He is a team player and has an extremely bright future. He is a leader on and off the job. In his free time Mikey can be found with friends or riding his motorcycle.

Crew Lead

Zach started with Davis Landscape & Construction in 2022 as a high school apprentice and quickly transitioned to a full-time position after graduation. He has proven to be a fast learner and has grown from an apprentice to a crew lead in less than 2 years. He has a knack for equipment and is one of our up-and-coming operators! When he’s not working, Zach enjoys the outdoors; fishing, hunting and golfing.
